Business Coaching

Our basic philosophy

We believe that every client and team is fundamentally capable of solving their own problems in ways appropriate to their own culture. Our role as business coaches is to help facilitate clarity and strategic alignment so that renewed energy can be put to use to increase positivity, productivity, revenue and equity value.

When individuals take personal responsibility for changing the organisational ‘system’, it becomes easier to impact leadership development through increased confidence, improved performance, conflict management, enhanced relationships, and clear communications.
The coaching we offer is designed to support the brand culture our clients wish to promote.  To measure ongoing progress we offer on-line metrics to:
  • Diagnose the gaps between personal and cultural values
  • Assess productivity and positivity in teams
  • Evaluate personal and leadership development

Our business coaching team draw from extensive qualifications and training credentials through Shirlaws, The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Team Diagnostics, Culture Transformation Tools and The Center for Right Relationship.

“CuriousLeaders (along with Shirlaws Corporate) have designed highly interactive and successful business coaching programmes on behalf of Telefónica. Margaret and Matthias are passionate about what they do and this shows in their approach.  They continually make enhancements through incorporating our feedback along with contributing their own ideas.  On a personal level they have been successful in building connections across the organization. The relationship that the Corporate University has grown with them over the past two years is one of a true partnership.”

C. Jones, Programme Director, Telefónica Corporate University

Highlight

"Your experience in being both coaches and business people is an important combination for your 'art'. I say this because I have experienced workshops run by people who are professional facilitators but are not experienced business people. The result is that it is hard for the facilitator to change hats and, for example, to give any advice. Yet objective advice & constructive criticism are important to move a group from ideas to resolution."
