Client Relationship Management
The founders of CuriousLeaders have extensive executive level experience and expertise in managing relationships and strategic communications across large international corporatations.
Collaborations and joint alliances with other organisations are core to the way in which we work. We have developed close partnerships with business coaching and leadership development firms. It allows us to offer scalability where required.
We think and operate holistically. Our business backgrounds combined with facilitation, training and coaching skills enable us to provide interconnected/multi-faceted systemic thinking.
How we manage and ‘brand’ our own strategic identity around the work we do depends on a number of factors including: original source of client relationship/intellectual property, expertise and experience. Ultimately we make recommendations based on what we think and know works best for the client.
CuriousLeaders only recommend people, learning and development approaches that we both trust and have personal on-the-ground experience with. This distinguishes our team from the rabble of disconnected associates.

Collaborations
We often are requested to support other firms that need strategic support or an ‘intel inside’ to assist them on behalf of the client relationships they manage. These projects can range from 1:1 executive coaching engagements to full blown cultural transformation programmes.
For instance CuriousLeaders worked alongside McKinsey consultants for two years as part of a core consultancy team transforming the leadership and culture of a global institution. In this associate collaborator role we operated as strategic advisors, executive coaches, and workshop facilitators. Additionally, we provided guidance on internal branding communications, worked closely with multiple stakeholders, and designed and delivered internal focus groups.
In support of another enterprise we co-designed and supported the delivery of a leadership programme for emerging talent which generated a return on investment of greater than 8x its cost.
For the past decade we have collaborated with an innovative consultancy that specialises in creative ways of facilitating the spirit of a brand through experiential events.
We enjoy the exposure to, and contribution of new ideas and approaches. This helps keep us on the cutting edge of what’s happening in the organizational transformation space.
